Presentation is paramount and the Espatada is always a talking point with a chunky hanging skewer threaded with 350g of flavoursome rump dripping with red wine and chilli sauce – divine

Boasting exotic flavours from Africa and Portugal, the whole menu tantalizes, with the all time favourite Pork Rib Racks basted in our unique ‘Lekker’ sauce or Prawns Mozambique style with the chef’s special peri-peri sauce

150 day grain-fed aged organic ‘Grange’ black angus beef is selected from the best seasonal regions of Australia for its standout quality. It is enhanced with a special baste developed in-house and flame-grilled to order to ensure the tender meat’s excellent texture and flavor are the highlight of the dish.
